The Red Deer Fish and Game Association is a volunteer-based, not-for-profit charitable organization that advocates the common interests of ethical hunters, anglers and outdoor enthusiasts dedicated to the responsible stewardship of Alberta’s environment.

Our objectives:

It is the objective of the Red Deer Fish and Game Association to:

  1. Promote conservation of our natural resources.
  2. Promote and assist in the sound long term management of Alberta’s fish and wildlife in the best interest of all Albertans including future generations.
  3. Insist on continued public ownership of all public lands and wildlife.
  4. Obtain and maintain access to public lands.
  5. Publicize the importance of fish and wildlife and proper resource management.
  6. Work with government, industry, and other organizations in local programs, supporting the enhancement, development and maintenance of habitat for all species of fish and wildlife and other natural resources.
  7. Promote outdoor ethics and safety.
  8. Make Albertans aware of the dangers of all forms of pollution, to prevent pollution, and to co-operate with all groups with similar objectives.

Membership Rates:

Annual membership dues for Red Deer Fish and Game Association for 2012 are as follows:

Youth Memberships:
$10.00 youth must be under 18 years of age

Regular Membership: $40.00

Family Membership: $50.00 

First and last names for  Family Head, spouse and dependants is required.  Year of birth is not required for spouse.  Other dependants must be less than 18 years of age and you must provide year of birth for each.  

Range Memberships:
$60.00 plus the purchase of a Youth, or Regular or Family membership.

Regular plus Range:
$100.00

Family plus Range:
$110.00 - only one range fee is required for Family head, spouse and dependants under 18 years of age.

Keys for Outdoor Range available after completion of Range Safety Officer Course. 

Life and multi-year memberships not available.
